Fans say goodbye to Joe Dolan



More than 4,000 people gathered in Mullingar in Co Westmeath today to give their respects to the deep vocalist and entertainer Joe Dolan, world Health Organization died on St Stephen's Day.
Mr Dolan's kinsperson were joined by fans and friends from whole over Republic of Ireland and abroad at Gilsenan's Funeral Home base in the town.
Queues began forming at the funeral home shortly in front 1pm and the doors were opened to the public at 1.30pm.
By midafternoon the queue stretched along nearby streets and onto Domingo de Guzman Street.
To begin with today Westmeath County Council opened a rule book of condolences in the anteroom of the county buildings in Mullingar.
The singer's funeral at Walshestown Memorial park tomorrow follows 11am mass at the Cathedral of Christ the Top executive.
